Roncesvalles

Vibrant, bustling, and family-oriented, the Roncesvalles community can often feel more like a European village than a neighbourhood in the big city.

Much of that feeling is thanks to its strong Polish influence and roots. After the Second World War, an influx of Polish residents settled in the area. They built St. Casimir’s Church, established much of the Roncesvalles real estate, and paved the way for the many families and young Torontonians that call the neighbourhood home today. Here is what a home typically sells for in this community (Sourced TREB July 2018 – March 6, 2019):

Roncesvalles:: $1,541,464 Detached | $1,254,455 Semi
