To us, real service means being completely hands-on at all times. We take the time to coordinate all needed resources, analyze market data, and so much more, to ensure your transition to the next chapter of your life is absolutely seamless.
Our Value-Add Selling Process
When getting a home ready to sell, every move we make is designed to ease this process for you – which is why, in a detached home, we spend an average of 28 hours decluttering and packing at $0 cost to you. We bring all of the packing materials and resources to take this demanding task away from you.
We’ll provide a room-by-room review of your home to determine what furniture and accessories need to be removed from the home and what can stay, and what staging furniture we need to complement your home. We will provide storage options for any furniture we remove.
We provide a home upliftment plan for 100% of our listings. This plan can include everything from painting to maintenance and, on occasion, minor renovation projects such as installing new dining chandeliers, countertops, backsplash, or flooring. We only work with professional businesses that we have vetted to ensure they complete great work in a timely manner.
In addition to major furniture pieces, we bring in everything from linens and art to rugs and furniture, so your entire house is staged to perfection. Typically, real estate agents don’t stage at all, and some only stage two or three rooms – we stage your full house.
By creating tailored marketing plans that combine print, web, and social media targeting, your home will receive maximum exposure. All of your home’s extensive and professional marketing materials will be customized to your specific property, neighbourhood, and ideal buyer.

We believe so strongly in the power of staging that we offer it as a complimentary service. For a three-bedroom home, we spend an average of 24 hours staging at $0 cost to you. After all, professional staging can add 17% more to your home’s value and help it sell faster. But we don’t stage like your typical agent; combined with our styling and interior design expertise, we uplift homes to ensure they get top dollar.
