Dale Cadeau

Dale is Red Square Team’s Client Relationship Manager.  She is committed to exceeding client expectations at every touchpoint. Being both perceptive and resourceful, Dale is an expert at anticipating client needs, responding promptly, and sourcing the right tools to assist the team with making each property transition and transaction the most successful it can possibly be.

Throughout her career as a Buyer, and then as a Business Operations Manager at a high-tech company, Dale learned how to manage multiple projects, negotiate contracts, and work with several clients simultaneously to fulfill their needs.

It is this direct customer interaction  that Dale thrives on; understanding needs, and working collaboratively to reach a mutually beneficial solution.  In addition to these valuable skills, Dale is known for her warm personality, her “can do” attitude, and endless energy.

For the past several years, Dale has spent time at home, raising her three children in Bloor West Village, along with her husband, where she has been very involved in the kids’ school (past Chair of Parent Council) and helping the community by leveraging her business skills in a volunteer capacity.

Dale provides a wonderful contribution to the  unique synergies and undeniable presence of the Red Square Team in the west end real estate market!
