In her previous roles as a Buyer at a high-tech company, Dale honed her skills in managing multiple projects, negotiating contracts, and working with various clients simultaneously to meet their needs. She took a break from her hi-tech career to raise her three children in Bloor West Village with her husband. During this time, she has been actively involved in her children’s school, serving as the Chair of the Parent Council, and has leveraged her business skills to benefit the community through volunteer work.
Dale thrives on direct customer interaction, understanding client requirements, and collaborating to achieve mutually beneficial solutions. She is renowned for her warm personality, positive attitude, and boundless energy. She currently works on software systems, Marketing content for listings, as well as handling event planning. Her detail-oriented nature is a win-win for our team! She is quick to pivot and adapt to last-minute tasks and she can honestly say that no two days are ever alike!

- How long have you been working in real estate? I have been in Real Estate since 2017, but have done Property Management for more than 20 years
- What attracted you to this career? I love assisting with clients, getting to know them, and being a great support in the buying/selling process.
- What tools or resources do you use to stay updated on the market and new listings? There is no shortage of sources for valuable information, whether it’s learning from industry professionals, attending seminars, or office/team meetings.
- What do you enjoy most about being a Client Relationship Manager? I love that no two days are alike so I never get bored. I love the thrill of meeting new clients, and working hard to support them.
- How do you balance work and personal life? I spent many years at home raising a family, then eased into part-time work in Real Estate which has been a good balance so far.
- What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? I enjoy travel, connecting with friends, and doing charity work. It’s one of my core values; giving back to those less fortunate.
