Karla Wardle

There’s no denying Karla’s passion for Real Estate. She has been successfully educating and guiding her clients through the incredibly competitive buying and selling process for over 15 years.  Her outgoing and devoted nature has provided Karla with a strong base of loyal repeat clientele.  For Karla, it’s all about the relationships and ensuring a positive experience for all parties. She is a savvy negotiator who prides herself on consistently communicating and ethically paying attention to detail.

Karla’s sharp people and business skills are complimented by her natural flair for design, style and functionality. Born and raised in Richmond Hill, Karla spent much of her youth studying dance and arts. Her creative side led her to dance for The Toronto Argonauts Football Club and the Toronto Blue Jays during games and events. She also owned and operated a successful Flower Shop for over six years where she gained valuable expertise in the creative, marketing and customer service side of business, she effortlessly transferred these skills to the real estate world.

Karla first joined forces in real estate with childhood friend Emir Dickson. They are now proud to be working together with the Red Square Team. Both women are highly motivated and committed to helping both buyers and seller families in the west end of Toronto.

Karla is a proud resident of Etobicoke, and currently lives in Sunnylea-Kingsway with her husband and two children. She is an active member of the community and enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and relaxing up north at the cottage.
