05 Listing Preparations

Now that your home looks its absolute best, we’ll prepare it to list for sale. We will coordinate a minimum of 15 services to get your home in tip-top shape and provide the material we need to market your home.

We’ll coordinate a pre-listing home inspection, professional photography, floor plans, and virtual tours. We will also schedule a pre-Open House cleaning to ensure your home is sparkling for prospective buyers.

We will provide you with a detailed plan for the week of a listing so you are always well-informed. Best of all, you won’t have to lift a finger! We have everything covered.

06 Our Strategic Marketing

07 Open Houses

Once your home hits the market, Open Houses offer a great way for buyers and their agents to experience your property firsthand, or for a revisit.  With your consent, we will host at least two Open Houses.

08 Closing the Sale

This is where our proven negotiation skills give you the true advantage. Whether you’ve received one offer or multiple offers, we will help you navigate and understand every detail and guide you towards the best deal possible. We focus on the big picture and specific details of every offer, including the offer price, financial stability of the buyer, deposit amount, closing date, conditions, and clauses.

Once you’ve accepted an offer, we will be there with you to closing day. We will ensure all conditions are met, all documents are sent to lawyers and your mortgage lender, and that the closing letter has been sent.

09 Continued Support

When we say we offer end-to-end service that goes above and beyond, we mean it! We can help coordinate moving assistance (including a team to pack up your home for you) and arrange for storage.
