Living in High Park North

This pocket is bordered by Bloor Street (to the south), Keel Street (to the east), Dundas St. W (to the north), and Runnymede Road (to the west).
HOUSING
High Park North is primarily a residential neighbourhood with a mix of housing types, mostly single family, and including apartment buildings and condos.  Several new condo developments are popping up along Bloor Street West, offering a perfect blend of historic and modern architecture.
TRANSIT
Keele subway station and High Park subway station are easy to access.  You also have the option to ride the UP Express to Union Station or the airport.  Imagine being downtown in about seven minutes!  It’s a fabulous bonus for this part of the city!  Bike lanes are plentiful and well-marked.

SHOPPING
