The Red Square Team is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Royal LePage Chairman’s Award. This prestigious award is given annually to the top 1% of Royal Lepage Realtors in Canada. The Red Square Team has won this award for the last 6 years in a row. We are also pleased to announce that the Red Square Team are now the number 1 Bloor West Realtors for Royal Lepage*. Additionally, we are not only in the top 1%. This year, we secured the #53 position. This actually places us in the top .03% for all of Royal Lepage in Canada.
Year on Year Progress
Thanks to our amazing clients, we have climbed the rankings every year. In 2017, we finished in the top 1% for the first time. After that, we improved again in 2018 and in 2019, we cracked the top 100 and finished in 71st spot. And now, in 2020, we hit 53rd. Hopefully we can crack the top 50 in 2021. Again, thank you to our amazing clients!

The vast majority of our business comes from referrals and repeat business so we really value the personal relationships we have with our clients.

We are Bloor West Realtors and West Toronto Realtors in the truest sense. We live and work in Bloor West Village, Baby Point and the Kingsway.
