Exceptional Living at the Edge of High Park

Perfectly positioned on a quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac just steps from High Park and the heart of Bloor West Village, this exceptional three bedroom, four bathroom residence has been comprehensively renovated with an uncompromising attention to detail. Thoughtfully reimagined for sophisticated modern living while preserving the character of the original home, every space reflects quality craftsmanship, beautiful materials and an elevated level of finish rarely found in the neighbourhood.

A beautifully landscaped stone walkway leads to the covered front porch and into a generous foyer, where rich hardwood floors, a beautifully restored staircase and original stained glass immediately set the tone. The light filled living room is elegant yet inviting, with a large bay window and striking fireplace and mantel creating a natural focal point.

Double doors open to the heart of the home: an expansive kitchen and dining space designed equally well for everyday living and entertaining. The custom kitchen, beautifully crafted by Olympic Kitchens, features built in stainless steel appliances, Cambria quartz countertops, a mosaic tile backsplash and a centre island providing exceptional workspace and storage, along with a built in wine rack. A thoughtfully designed mudroom with additional storage and a powder room complete the main floor.

Upstairs, the home has been thoughtfully redesigned to create three well proportioned bedrooms, including a beautiful primary retreat with excellent closet space and a luxurious four piece ensuite with heated floors. Two additional bedrooms and a beautifully appointed family bathroom complete the second level.

The underpinned and fully finished lower level provides exceptional additional living space, with excellent ceiling height, a spacious recreation room with fireplace, a beautifully finished bathroom with steam shower, laundry and a separate entrance, creating a comfortable and versatile extension of the home.

Outside, the private backyard offers a peaceful setting for dining, entertaining and everyday family life, with a deck and plenty of room for children to play. A detached garage provides additional convenience and storage.

As impressive as the home itself is the lifestyle that surrounds it. Tucked away on a quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac, 10 Elora offers a sense of privacy while placing some of the west end’s best amenities within an easy walk. High Park is just steps away for trails, playgrounds, sports and year round recreation, while fabulous Bloor West Village is equally close. Morning coffee, dinner out, independent boutiques, specialty food shops, bakeries and everyday essentials can all become part of your daily routine without getting in the car. With TTC and subway access nearby, commuting downtown is equally convenient.
